Fetch Art for iTunes is a small program that will fetch album art for one or more songs using Amazon's XML interface, allow you to preview the art that was found, and add the art you want to iTunes. The program is controlled through the iTunes Script menu: once it is installed, album art can be downloaded by selecting one or more songs in iTunes and choosing "Fetch Art" from the Script menu. It doesn't require an account to get art and works from any country
What's new in version 2.6.0
Version 2.6.0:
- Fixed a problem introduced with iTunes 10.2 where iTunes handles picture files differently now.
- Slight performance increase in handling larger groups of files.
- Changed the warning dialog from over 500 music files to over 1000. Let me know if it's fast enough that I should increase that even more. It tends to slow down with more music selected.

doesn't work with Sierra. Whenever I start it I am prompted to install Java, which I know is already installed. Then it freezes and I have to force quit. Disappointed as can't find cheap artwork app anywhere.

Maybe i did something wrong.. starts, looks good, but doesn't actually find any artwork.
Maybe the XML Interface at Amazon changed?

Doesn't Work Any More ,guess the Itunes Updates Broke the code . the app developers blog also is not active ...

Why does this installer install the script into the root Scripts folder (/Library/iTunes/Scripts) instead of the user's Scripts folder (/Users/(name)/Library/iTunes/Scripts)? Not good practice. iTunes wouldn't even recognize the script in this location. I had to manually move it into the iTunes Scripts folder at the user level in order for it to show up in the scripts menu. This installer looks like it still needs some tweaking.
